Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the “How to Own the Room” workshop, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register.
2. Registration and Payment
Registration for the workshop is on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is required to secure your place. Full payment is due upon registration.
3. Workshop Details
The workshop will be held on 26th February 2026, at the Old Session House, 22 Clerkenwell Green, London EC1R 0NA. The workshop will run from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, including breakfast and lunch.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by registered attendees is not permitted unless due to circumstances of Force Majeure. In the event an attendee has to cancel due to Force Majeure, a full refund will be provided. In the event a registered attendee fails to attend the workshop for reasons other than Force Majeure, no refund will be issued.
If the organiser cancels the workshop, a full refund will be issued to registered attendees. Organiser will have no further liability to registered attendees.
5. Liability
How to Own the Room and its organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the workshop. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
7. Changes to Terms
How to Own the Room reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website.
